How to Apply

Your application will be considered only if it meets the following submission guidelines
1. Cover letter in the Body of the email mentioning what position you are applying for and why you should be considered
2. Resume in MS Word format as an attachment to the email
3. Subject of the email mentioning the code and title of the position.
Note: If your application is not submitted in the above manner, you are increasing the chances of your application getting rejected or misclassified by our automated screening software that processes thousands of applications.
The selection at REDEGG is a multi-phased and rigorous process. We hire and retain employees for a long time and the process is mutually beneficial, since in the end we offer a great career for exceptionally bright candidates. The first phase involves preliminary screening of the resume and background checks to determine the candidate’s suitability to join and thrive within our organization. Few candidates who qualify in the first phase are called by our HR executives for an initial telephone discussion. Based on the score from telephone interview and skill set match, the chosen candidates are invited for a written test and technical interview with panel members. (Please note that irrespective of the experience level all candidates have to undergo a written test). If the candidate passes all the three phases of the interview they will be called for personal interview with HR experts. Those candidates who clear this round will do a telephone or personal interview with USA based technical and (or) managers, and global HR. This USA interview normally lasts around 1 hour. Candidates will not incur any costs for this interview. On getting the clearance from USA about the suitability of the candidates for employment, the next step is an elaborate reference and background check. External detective agencies assist with the reference and background check. After a satisfactory outcome, the selected candidates will be notified via telephone and email about the offer to join REDEGG.
