Life at REDEGG

REDEGG Infoexpert invests the most in its employees. We invest heavily in infrastructure and progressive HR practices. Some examples include modern offices, high speed leased Internet connections from 2 ISP’s, high end computers and comfortable work stations. Our HR practices include an employee referral scheme, through which recruit about one-third of our employees. We also have regular picnics, birth day parties, milestone accomplishment parties and cultural events involving families. These social events are an integral part of our culture. We also provide free transportation services for employees based on situations such as returning home late from office. Our pantry is well stocked with delicious snacks and drinks. These are just few examples of what comes as part of the REDEGG InfoExpert lifestyle.

Profit Sharing Fund

At the end of every calendar year, REDEGG allocates a significant portion of its profit in a fund called as Profit Sharing Fund (PSF). The PSF funds are distributed to employees in the following year (12 months prorated) based on their past and current performance. If you work hard and is a team player, then REDEGG rewards you very generously!

Referral bonus program

REDEGG InfoExpert encourages employees to refer highly qualified former colleagues, friends and relatives whom they believe would become successful InfoExpert employees. We pay employees a bonus for selected candidates who successfully complete 90 days of service with us.

Over Time Bonus

Company works five days a week with 8 hours per day. For the employees who are staying and working on Saturdays and other holidays are paid OverTime Bonus based on there productivity during the extended period.

Celebrations

We celebrate birthdays, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, and other personal joyous occasions. Our fun events include parties, lunches, dinners and other “surprise activities”. These events are held at posh restaurants and other cozy places.

Training Programs

On going training programs is a corner stone of our success. Through external and internal experts we offer continuous coaching and mentoring to our employees. Our training programs include updating technical and managerial skills.

Target Achievement Party

On achieving or exceeding targets and milestones set for a defined project, we sponsor a party with dinner or lunch along with champagne. High performers are felicitated on that day with various fun games.

Work Life Balance

Company provides the right balance of work and private life for the employees. We sponsor picnics for family members through our partnerships with theme parks and resorts in the region.

Holidays and Vacation
