Through a very rigorous process, the REDEGG employee volunteers have selected and received approval to award scholarships to four local students to attend college starting this year. During the initial days, to spread the news among the needy students, REDEGG employees collected the addresses of 122 Government and Government-Aided schools in Kanyakumari District. Letters were posted to the Head Masters of these schools. Subsequently news paper advertisements were sponsored by REDEGG to promote the scholarships.
